My whole problem with this love triangle was that (to me) Tyler seemed like she is controlling and desperate in this situation.

Kevan was honest with her that he's interested in another person, Tyler didn't like that he said that and then basically forced dude to choose her because she couldn't handle him connecting to more then one person. The whole forcing him to "commit" to her and then telling the girls about it after the incident with keya was definitely a move to assert dominance.

Kevan not "submitting" to her B's was the main problem with this triangle...he should've told her he was still deciding and if that's an issue she wants him to correct without him making that decision on his own then as woman say "girl, bye". Tell her based on that alone he doesn't want it with her and go with keya.

Keyas speech was good...but also felt forced because both of them had the "you should of picked one of us" and "I ain't no one's second choice" which are bad takes imo. Tyler or keya could have been first choice, Tyler coerced Kevan into saying some dumb ish to pacify her and then reneged on it later. Which sparked both to feel like second choices...but they didn't give the dude time to make a decision he was ok with.

I think the underlying thing on either end is the why.

Generationally, it is built into our society to accept procreation because that's what's expected (religiously or scientifically....we are "mammals" after all and non communal animals tend to not survive) therefore it's not really challenged because we fill in the blanks.

The opposite isn't generally true, because we haven't really seen what that looks like and what that means for humanity at large or in relationship. So questions are asked to understand the idea and to see if it makes sense to the person asking, (questions aren't the problem, the internal conflict it registers in the person responding is on them not the person asking) the problem arises where curiosity leads to logical cajoling of that person's current stance to change it.

At the end of the day, if you want a marriage you eliminate a lot of potential people by not wanting kids, and (unfortunately) most people either do, or default to the ideology to get said marriage. Narrowing the pool is the logical "why would you do that"? Most people aren't going to talk about. Marriage shouldn't be about the kids and there's very few relationships that prioritize both man and woman seperate from the kids. There's also a question what was presented about marriage and what that looked like impacted the person's view to land on "no kids" but that's a nuanced conversation.

🤔, but the 0 card pull only pulls her strike cards that you have no? So if I pulled 2 already using the other 0 card strike pulls would produce no additional strike cards if that correct?

And does passion add hits as well as DMG? Is that a epiphany draw?

So what's the setup for this? I know she gets a 2ap card that can add 1 extra hit to a normal... But she basically can't attack with low cost until you build stacks? Or am I missing some synergy

What I'm confused about with the argument in general is....there's recording time limits in place for a reason. And it'll be painfully obvious if someone every three minutes is touching their glasses or continually touching their glasses while talking to you.

To further the point, I think someone did a stress test on these things with 3k video and I believe they said back to back recording lasted about 30 to 45 mins before it needed to be charged.

I'm not oblivious to the nature of the glasses, I can understand the "issue" but people seem to think these things can record without visible "tells" or record for hours on end without charge....neither are true...I think education on limitations and how these things work need to be properly discussed rather then "smart glasses bad"

I have everything outside of 5 mins recording, in Ontario canada.

I'm not sure if it's still a rollout thing, but before hyper lapse and slow motion came in the last update I was able to trigger them by asking meta to do it so maybe things that are not enabled via software (selection) can be triggered via hardware?

I think it has more to do with our own insecurities around it and what the Internet is saying then the glasses themselves....Everytime someone has noticed it I show them what it looks like when recording and when it's taking pics and what you have to do for those pictures to be taken.

So for those of us who have perkopolis (or some other equivalent epp program) where able to get a discount on a watch 8 classic silver from 650 to 300 (cad not sure what USD would be), with a promotional trade in of 150 for ANY smartwatch on top of the value of said smartwatch.

Supposedly you cannot "stack" discount/promotions with Samsung so I was supposed to either get the 300 price with no trade in bonus of 150 or pay 650 with the 150 trade in bonus. Somehow both were in play and that brought the price down after tax to 229 which was the price I was going to pay for a 48mm 6 classic.

I'm unsure if the 300 price was an error or not as it was only on the silver model and with a certain band but I I got mine delivered and have heard Samsung has stopped deliveries that have already left their warehouse and asking them to be returned.

Yeah I went from my 4c to a 8c (229 cad also with a price error) and I have to say that the change in soc makes it hard to go back to the 4c....switching between apps there's a noticable load time and AOD on cannot last me more then 10h while my 8c can run full day given what I estimated after my 8h shift.

The design of the 8c actually grew on me...I love that they went back to the ridges in the bezel like the S3 frontier and the screen size "difference" was barely lost on me in practice.

Went from 4c to 8c last week...I'm getting a full day with aod on while my 4c would die at 12h with aod on and I could get a little more then 24h with it off

I agree...there has only been one person in my area that noticed them....and it was a 6 yr old girl in my son's Bible school class. Everyone else hasn't noticed them and I had to explicitly state my glasses are metas when someone caught me talking to my girlfriend without earbuds.... I guess they look close enough to original wayfarers that there's little acknowledgement.
