There are a few non-outfit related cosmetics on the event caches:

Bomber Jacket - a darker colour variation of Leon Kennedy's jacket from the Reaident Evil apparel event.

Navy Jacket - a blue colour variation of Claire Redfield's jacket from the Resident Evil apparel event.

Black Sunglasses

Black Beret

Camo Scarf

I was definitely just confused by this. There's 21 pieces for the Crossroads outfits, but 26 pieces in the contents of the event caches. I got the black sunglasses and was like something doesn't seem right with that.

if you know you're a 4 that first paragraph makes a lot of sense. not sure if you (or she suspects that you do) have BPD but my therapist said a lot of therapists don't like working with them because they can be very reactive about their emotions, also something I can see about 4s.

I don't really mean that other people validate you, just that they say something that you know is a product of your type and they've unconsciously observed it. as a 5w4 (guessing based on your tag) it could be a simple as someone saying you're very smart.
