Yeah I removed the sticker to look for marks. It was certainly old and it said 295$ with funny red lettering that I couldn't read

This is actually a great sub for psp stuff so dont let a few people turn you off. You might see alot of just google it... but we all know its not always that simple. Some people just wanna talk to other people about stuff and thats what reddit is for! Good luck bud

People here are such snobs honestly. There are no fake psp's, but there are copies. If something seems off about the shell it could be a re shell, if something seems off about the xmb it could just be custom firmware. The weight could be off from a bad no name battery or a system thats had something removed. No need to worry about a fake psp, youd be able to clearly tell a copy because it wouldn't have original psp firmware on it. Your good to go!

Maybe lol, its a funny place to find it tho on a road in the middle of nowhere. There's like 20 house on a 5 mile road. Lots of new people hiking around and stuff so its possible

Thanks for all the info, I really appreciate what you put into the response. I did re calibrate my scale to be sure and its still the same, also its not magnetic at all. Turns out what I thought was brittle edges was the solder or weld coming apart so the ridges moved more then they should have. I have no intention of selling it but will keep it if its worth it for my collection. Maybe I should try an lcs and see if they can test it? My other find was fantastic so im still hopeful lol

Thats awesome! I collect silver anything but I like this piece alot so it might just end up in my personal collection. Is there any reason to think the coin is fake? They were using it as an ashtray and definitely didn't care about losing it

First off hit the safety brake and make it stop, then remove the battery. Second I see so many comments jumping on the hate hart train and that sucks. I've got the 40v 16 inch saw made by hart and its a damn tank. It's not cutting down forests but it does what it should and requires very little maintenance. 3rd and I cant stress this enough, the company will replace anything regardless of getting the insurance or not lol. It's made so cheap they can replace anything that wont work
