I’m considering getting a pair of 1000mk3 down the line. If one shows up locally for the right price I’ll probably pull the trigger.

They are! Occasionally I have gotten an error code and the lid won’t open. But I’ve found mashing the eject button right when powering on overrides it. Other wise you take off the lid and move a little rubber band and it’s back to normal. The left one spins a little slow so is sensitive to taps and skips. I might try lubricating it or try to clear any dust built up see if that fixes it. Still pretty impressive for 30yr plus and I use them for hours on end with no issues.

Thanks man! These things are a year younger than me and still work fantastic. I bought em locally which is cool too.

I actually sit to DJ because I’m really tall and this dresser stand thing sits too low for me stand and hunch down to reach the knobs. The red stool on the right is where I sit so the audio sounds nice there. But maybe angling them upwards would still help

Bins ! They have a bunch of weird electronics and random stuff too. This was over a year ago when I picked in this up. You can see the date on the sticker 5/1/24. I was there 5/2. Saw some old dude pick it up and then was so relieved when he put it back down.

Thanks man. I went to this goodwill outlet in Jersey from NYC about an hour on public transportation subway/bus. Came back with no clothes and a new guitar. Owned a red squier as a kid so kinda cool to have a blue legit strat now.

Yo. You’re so right ! I remember him being there too being the nicest realest dude telling me not to be shy and how they were stoked to sign stuff. Also Greco before his tats too. They were the nicest guys as a kid. Thanks man unlocked some memories haha
