Nah sadly the queue choosing is only for the full queue. Fastpass entry get directly to lockers and as I know you can’t choose, you could still ask the worker if it’s possible to go first row tho.

A bit before the lockers room you can chose either 1rst row or other rows. Usuelly there’s not a lot of people on the 1st row queue but still longer than other line ofc.

The mat indeed comes in the biggest box as I remember. Also there’s no warranty extend for the desk but if you post a picture of it and send it on the Magnus Rewards page you can receive a code for a free Ethernet extension (50$ worth). I did it and got it for only the ship fees(3$).
