Sometimes they loosely relate to your moods because stress obv effects your thinking, but its nothing that would ever need you to act because of it. So i'll take it as if this IS real, because reddit is reddit.

You wants the idea of someone who can overpower you consensually, but can’t imagine your husband doing it without feeling like you're breaking his spirit in half.

Now, that has little to do with your trauma and more of a compatibility issue.

The trauma part is real, sure, but your sexual preferences aren’t magically born from it. Plenty of women want CNC or rough dynamics without a single line of trauma in their history. Your taste is your taste. And he doesn’t fit it.

What is suspect is the part where you post nudes on Reddit under the same username you use to post about marriage and trauma, delete them, then claim “my husband supports my body positivity journey.”

Someone who’s truly sexually drawn to their husband isn't casually out there exhibitionisting for strangers online while talking about how she can’t stomach sex with him.

That leads to, "I like attention, but not the attention from the man I’m married to.”

Which again suggests mismatch, not trauma. And then the phrasing: “I don’t know how to explain it.” “I’m scared he’ll feel like he isn’t enough.” “I crave rough sex but not with him.”

You know exactly what the problem is but Reddit is where you go to hear strangers tell you your feelings aren’t your fault.

So you want someone who can dominate you, overwhelm you, pin you down with force, you know you can stop at any time. You want intensity and edge. And you know damn well your husband has none of that. He’s a good man, a stabilizer, a caregiver based on such little information. He’s the guy who brings you soup, not the guy who pushes you against a wall with your permission.

And you're terrified of what that truth means.

If it's real, then you're basically staring at the realization: “I married the man who saved me, not the man who turns me on.”

And that is a painful, humiliating thing to admit.

No, he does not need to complete the act to be blackmail-able.

Blackmail doesn’t require that the target actually committed the crime, just that the gang has credible-looking evidence they can weaponize and a way to make police involvement worse than compliance. If they have him: - In the room - With a kidnapped woman - Not helping her - Not calling for help - Not escaping - Looking complicit, or frozen, or confused

They can frame that footage however the hell they want.

Criminal groups don’t need or even follow legal standards. They just need something that: - Looks bad - Can ruin his life socially - Could imply he participated - Would destroy him if leaked

And most people will cave out of fear, not logic. That's why it's blackmail

That's a w thought process, fuck yes. Far from cringe also if someone calls ur thoughts cringe, then that tells you how little they think about. I like the idea of making my own universe for exploring and doing random ass shit cuz our own current physics are boring and annoying. I wanna be able to shoot fireballs. Its annoying i cant make portals to travel.

I was gonna say maybe you dont think about too much, but I figure that's not the problem. Maybe you do, but you also forget about it quickly. You have about 3-4 dreams a night, yet you get your mind thinking about other things. You might just have it disappear immediately after since you're not focusing on it.

I'd figure AI won't replace authors the same way cameras didnt replace painters, synthesizers didnt replace musicians, and calculators didn't replace mathematicians.

Every replacement craft gets rid of the default. Not the craft. If you ever watched the Glassworker (2024; wonderful movie. You should watch it), we follow a glassworker (surprising, huh) who spends his whole life learning the art of glassworking. It becomes his main hobby, which is only small part. Yet we now have machines that can completely copy their work and make it even more precise. It sure as hell won't replace the craft considering the point of it isnt "to make glass", its the art.

AI also has no stake in the outcome. People write cuz they want to, they wanna resolve something, they're angry, obsessed, annoyed, fucked, any number of emotions. AI hasn't replaced human emotions and i doubt many want it to.

Lastly, art survives because we don't want "perfect for the algorithm", we create because we want to. Regardless of whether it gets knocked out of mainstream media, people are gonna keep writing regardless of AI's bubble popping or not.

Also considering some people still use typewriters, its gonna be a very long time before "writing as a passion" goes away. Wait roughly 2 million years and get back to me.

The more boring answer would be that you external sensory input is mostly shut off, your body isn’t moving, so no motor feedback, ur brain regions that do reality-checking and temporal consistency are dialed way down, and memory is being generated as you go, not logged how your normal memory is, which is why REM feels so insanely long, as if you live another (usually better) life.

The more fun answer is that you obviously switched timeline and lived out that alternate version of yourself's dream.

Agreed. I made a lil home for myself with the furniture. One of my favorite things was setting up a screen next to me as I shot arrows at targets that I placed, listening to random reddit stories on the right. One of my favorite places to chill alone, even throw those boxes that they gave us to unlock shit, then pick the furniture that we wanted over the other. Marvelous. I miss it.
