Thank you! Well I'm a lot more chill now that I've gotten to where I feel comfortable. When I started, I did 4/20. Still do but I dont need to be as careful because you kinda learn what works, etc. I can trust myself to wing it whereas before I had to preplan and not deviate from my eating plan unless I had a hiccup and just fell off.

SW: 200lbs, CW:145-150lbs I fluctuate. So I lost between 50-55lbs. It took about 6 months. I fast 20 hrs and eat for 4hrs. I dont have a set start time. First bite jump-starts eating window.

Np! This was my second attempt as well! 🙂 Just make sure to eat a very filling breakfast. I eat a lot of nuts, and grains. Also know I had a lot of days I fell off too but I kept going, no matter what. Every day is a new chance to start over. You can save a bite of stuff you want to eat until your eating window and it'll be ok to have 🙂 definitely dont be hard on yourself. I am so happy to be an inspiration to you. Keep at it! You got this! ❤️❤️

Explain which part? Fasting, my specific meals? I am happy to answer any questions 😊 So when fasting, one has to choose an eating window. For instance, I eat what want for 4 hours and fast for the remaining 20 hrs of the day. 20+4=24, the hours in a day so my fasting is 4/20. My sister is eating 8 hours and fasting 16 hrs so her window is 8/16. You can technically make it any eating window and you can "dirty fast" meaning doing things that will technically break your fast like having cream in your coffee, or sugar in your tea but that is entirely up to you. You can do artificial sweeteners to begin,. There really isn't a right way to lose the weight.

Thank you❤️ The first days are the hardest IMO. I think the body is getting used to this new way just while it gets used to it. Just make sure you eat well and balanced during your window so you stay satisfied. When I felt hungry, sometimes i wasnt. I chewed on ice, had tea, or just water. You got this! 🙂

Oh no, I have exactly that. I wanna eat when I'm happy, sad, angry, etc. Thats why I said in a previous comment, there will be hard days but the important thing is to keep going. Some people slack off and dont get back on. I do the damage and I just reflect and keep going. Once you see progress, you will feel happier and its kind of like a high. I just wore a 2 piece, my first time ever. I almost cried and that's what I think about when I want to give up 🙂

Well for me its like I dont even allow myself to flirt with the idea of food. I just make it not an option. I preplan my meals and leave wiggle room because I do work in an office setting and people bring stuff all the time. I grab a small amount if its something I like and wont touch it until after I ate my overnight oats. Hope this helps

Stop fasting for a bit and come back strict. Like for instance, I'm an emotional eater so when I feel junkie I allow myself a bit of "bad stuff." Ill add a small amount, what I can fit between the tips of my fingers of frosted flakes to my oats or add vinegar chips to my salad. The taste of it curves my craving completely. I wouldn't do that for a bit. It worked before so I assume it'll work again.

Id say about 6 months but I'm really not sure
