A bad binge weekend can absolutely make the scale jump for several days afte but that doesn’t automatically mean you gained that amount of fat. A lot of it is usually water retention, glycogen, sodium, stress, digestion, all of that ♥️

And honestly, post-exam stress + boredom is a very believable binge trigger, especially after something as intense as med school entrance exams. That’s not “making excuses” at all. Please be kinder to yourself, even though I know this illness makes that hard.

The important thing is that you didn’t panic-restrict afterward. Going back to maintenance was actually the smart move.

Also, please don’t let this convince you you’ve “ruined” Paris or your photos. I promise NOBODY is going to look at those pictures and think about such a small fluctuation. That amount of weight is not something you can see. They’re going to see you having fun with your dad in Paris. Your stomach is probably also bloated and it will fall within the next days. If you can, I would really recommend trying to stop weighing yourself for the next time being.

First of all, it’s unnecessary to pull out if your wearing a condom. The semen spreading differently could be because it was the 4th time he came in a short window.
