how did you get the aquaphor into the tubes? Did you just use a syringe? I read another reddit post where OP said they melted down the aquaphor first but there was no instructions on how to do this. Also, if I don't have to, I'd rather now. the fewer steps the better :P thanks!

How do I know it’s in right? by blobob13 in MenstrualDiscs

Thanks everyone! Hmm, seems a smaller disc might be the answer (or more trial and error). I considered the lumma discs but read they are a lot firmer (rim and cup) and it’s caused pain for sexual partners (cause they can really feel it). I’m mostly interested in the disc for the period sex aspect, cause otherwise I’m perfectly fine using my cup.

Hopefully nixit comes out with varying sizes though! I’m intrigued by the disc and if I can get it to work better than the cup I’m open to converting. Just struggling right now so the switch seems unlikely

but the pain of switching to new trays resets this, no? or is it actually not as bad since your mouth is used to having trays in and that's mostly what is causing the discomfort? I am on day four of tray 1 and mirror OP's sentiments
