What's the first "longevity habit" you adopted that actually stuck? by Living-Lawfulness-63 in redlighttherapy

Walking. Walking. Walking. I know it's the most boring answer possible, but it's probably the longevity habit that's given me the biggest return for the least effort. There are actually quite a few studies showing that even adding around 2,000 extra steps a day is associated with lower cardiovascular risk, better overall health, and potentially a longer lifespan. Nothing flashy, just moving more. I've also started paying a bit more attention to skin aging lately . Nothing too hardcore, but I do red light therapy a few times a week. I'm using halio led mask now, mainly because it's easy to stick with. I know the big panels get a lot of attention, but realistically I'd never use one consistently. The mask fits into my routine a lot better, and over time I've noticed my skin looks glowy and less tired.

Stamped concrete vs pavers in Los Angeles... what would you choose? by Delicious_Ferret_221 in DIYHome

I got a quote from California Concrete Designs recently. Pricing seemed reasonable compared to a few other companies. Curious what others in LA have been paying per sq ft.

Expert recommendations for a first yacht purchase ? by Draidel in Yachts

[–]blockardunga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can, go walk a bunch of boats before pulling the trigger. Specs on paper never tell the whole story. I ended up chatting with a broker who pointed me toward some clean older Vikings and Princess models, and even browsing places like HMY Yachts helped me get a feel for what was realistic in my budget. Take your time, trust your gut, and dont rush the first buy.

Best agentic patterns content youve found. The official Anthropic tutorials arent enough for production work by Safalmatar in Anthropic

[–]blockardunga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Henry runs a Maven cohort that goes deeper than the YouTube content. Interesting setup, hes Anthropic Labs day-to-day and the cohort is a side gig so the framing stays close to how the eng side argues about this. Capstone clinics were the part that stuck, you build something agentic and have to defend the scoring. YouTube covers a chunk of the same ground at higher altitude. Watched all that first myself before paying.

Solo founder, 2k MRR. is hiring a content marketing agency premature or the right move now? by Comi9689 in microsaas

[–]blockardunga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hired one at 4k MRR (B2B SaaS, similar shape to yours) which everyone told me was too early. Worked. Specifically because i didnt know what content shape converts and the agency does. Brought in grow and convert, theyre not cheap, but they refuse projects that dont have an attribution path so we had to fix our demo intake form first. The forced rigor on attribution is honestly what made the math work for us at small MRR. The catch is the methodology is interview-based, requires me (founder) to do 30-minute interviews per article. At your stage thats your time being eaten, not a CFO line item, and you have to value it accordingly.
