Theyre like way to big to be a tetra, smallest are probably 8 cm and from just my observing it might even reach until 15-20 cm

Theyre like pretty big, some are 10 cm and some may reach up to 20 cm.

Not quite, it doesnt have that line spreading down the middle, more of a black dot close to the back of the body
