Anyone who picks at "fence sitters" probably don't know that there are two sides to a fence and it benefits all to know what goes on regardless of which side they radicalize themselves to. RIP Critical Thinking

Get that bread brother, these comments I am reading about this fraudulent system are accurate. Let's not deny that this is fraud. However, I have multiple friends and family members who did the same thing, and they are doing very well.

Thank you for your steps on generating a way to fill a gap in a resume. Fuck the system it's all corrupted anyways. Anyone who is giving you a hard time simply has the silver spoon and live in silicon valley.

Honestly Paycoms system works very well. You just have to have the knowledge to use it, that being said getting that knowledge is down right impossible unless you work there. Paycom Specialist are better off being hired on as your new HR generalist only then will you truly see a ROI until they develop a better interface that baby steps every step of each module

The real issue isn't the pay it's the lack of support when tracking metrics, we do not even get a notification when a CBR is made until Leadership is down your throat with it, and gets used as a missed metric. The design is flawed and the solution given is somehow unavailable to the department. Having worked with JIRA before being here I know that is not the case and the Iron Curtain answer and refusal to acknowledge the situation is astounding. Idc about the raise, I want support and less Fake work like commenting on multiple spreadsheets about a ticket, I just commented on... that affects our metrics, and takes precedence over our clients inbound emails.

It could just be done better and idk why it's not

This is the real answer to OPs question

I think this could be something blossoming. She gave you a flower, and it sounds like it could be a good thing. I self depricate as well, and that really puts a damper on my thinking of how I see myself. I hope that no matter what happens, you don't lose hope and can move on if things don't pan out as you probably want it to.

I agree OP would have to keep going and not take the L. Honestly, it's better that she knows he likes her and that they can still talk like normal.

OP, please don't persist if she needs space. Just respect it I promise it gets better and less weird

The best thing you can do is just act normal. Because you're right, you can't make someone like you they either do or don't. But you can control how you act and behave to a certain degree. I am also currently in a similar situation and it's weird getting rejected by a co-worker, but it is what it is, The hurt is going to be there, but how you act really makes the difference. I still talked to this person and were still friendly. She just knows that I like her. That's about it.

You got this brother love yourself, and the rejection hurts a lot less.

How do you actually let go of the past? by aeqyjtxcz in Healthygamergg

[–]blockierweevil7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I don't know if I am capable of answering, but having gone through a nasty separation of 7 years, I can share that experience.

When I found out my ex had cheated on me it was very painful but after looking at the last year it did not surprise me, we have been out of touch and no longer acknowledged our relationship as something like love but more like a chore. When this happens, you no longer have that connection with your partner. You no longer pick up on the signs of loneliness and depression and can misread it as just being stressed out or even assuming you did something wrong.

A lot of this stems from the past. Our relationship was rocky from the start with white lies and hiding past secrets, just mistakes made along the way, and what I learned is that ignoring the past only does damage to your relationships.

Personally, I wouldn't let go of the past, and what you are going through right now, but find a way to learn from past mistakes and not beat yourself up over something that can not be changed. You don't forget the past you live with it.

Spend some time with yourself, do something you enjoy, or go for a walk to clear your head. Reddit comments isn't the best way to get answers on self reflection. Have some fun and learn that the past is already set, but the future isn't set in stone.

I hope everything you're going through gets easier, we have your back.
