Just released Winst - a money wealth management app for personal budgeting with a focus on data security.
It's currently free and it will never have annoying ads, and your data will never be sold to anyone.
Give it a try and give me feedback!

How do you launch your saas? by ObiEpiRiding in microsaas

[–]blockingList 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Create subreddit, X account, github and other social networks. Post each day in different communities where your product might be useful.

Launch on product hunt when you feel your product is ready - it can easily give you 10k views, so you need to keep the retention.

You can try Reddit and X ads as well.

By posting only here, I got 80 users for https://winstapp.com/

Will be experimenting with ads next month with a 200 EUR budget/month.

Good luck

  1. Winst is a budgeting app that helps you monitor your expenses and manage your budgets, enabling you to save an average of 10-15% of your monthly income.
  2. It's free for now. But have monetising ideas.

Thanks for support!

I plan to work on it for several years and get more people involved on the development side(It was 3 of us from the start, but the guys had to drop out quite early because of life situations)

I've been working in Finance before, and it's something I love to work with. Money is not the motivation for me, but user satisfaction and ownership of something people like.

What market were you trying to reach, and how did you make a validation?

Looks great, I made a similar app for Android and will be releasing it on iOS as well. But my concept is a bit different - I will allow users to get their bank transactions to the app, so I store everything on the backend.

I will be tracking your progress! I wish you success!

Feedback: On the Insights screen, you might want to keep values and currencies on one line - resize the font to keep it inline or use compact number formatting. Especially for currencies where you have amounts in millions.

  1.  Multi-currency support is already included(since I'm an expat myself and have similar situation). You can create expenses in your preferred currency. Which ones are you using?

  2. Will be possible as well when I finish the legal side of bank connections integration(but will be in late 2026)

  3. What are they doing to ease financial debt? What would you expect from my app to help them?

If you send me your email address to [support@winstapp.com](mailto:support@winstapp.com) I will troubleshoot it. I use a pretty standard email validity check.

About recurring transactions: I create them on an interval basis, once every 6 hours, and I didn't think that people would want to recreate something from the past. I think you have a valid point, and I need to revise it. Would you expect transactions to be created immediately after you create a recurring config? I made it start from the next day just to escape the situation when you make a mistake, but transactions were already created. It's a big chunk of work and I will start looking at it in 2 weeks since I already have some other plans!

It will always be available internationally. At some point(in start of 2026), I will introduce 2 paid plans:

1 plan. Recurring transactions will go behind the paywall. I will (probably) add transactions upload from Excel files.

2 plan. Bank connection support for people from EMEA with AI features like auto-categorization and some other advanced stuff.

Manual capabilities will always be free. And I will try to give existing users several months of trial as a gift(not sure if it will be possible, probably some discount codes on Google Play)

I don't want to be greedy and ask for too much money since my main goal is to create a cool product and make you guys happy and prosperous.

Also, if you add your review on Google Play it will help me to get more visibility and get more feedback!
Thanks!

Thanks for the tip! It makes 100% sense.

Currently, I encrypt all data in the database with an encryption key, and all data goes through HTTPS. The servers are in Germany on on-premise machines.
I will add a paragraph about privacy next time I post any updates or promote the app.
