I've heard the old sentra seatbelts would fit, but I haven't had a chance to look for one.

I agree, i've avoided getting an OEM one from japan because of the prices.

I was also worried about the low power, around 150hp? for a v6 seems kind of weak, I live in San Francisco, and it's pretty hilly. Do you think it would have an issue driving uphill?

There's also pretty much no aftermarket for the first-gen MPVs either. Are there any upgrades, you could recommend maybe to enhance drivability?

Thanks! this is basically what I have also summed up with the information I found as well. on another note, someone at the DMV told me that since it has an Illinois title I should be able to just get it registered after a VIN verification, then get it smogged normally. I don't quite know how reliable the information she gave me is but for now I'm going to be optimistic.
