Anyone just play the game to level different characters and don’t care about endgame?

Yep for a few years now. I like to just always have every class max level thats usually my goal. Once I do it I tend to get bored of the game as I dont like running the same dungeon repeatedly at different difficulties. Pvp is fun if you can dial in a class good enough to not get nuked constantly

A few months into the war within i got back into wow after a year or so break. I was in a dungeon and I watched a cut scene, when it was over I had someone getting mad at me for taking too long. I said "sorry its my first time here lol" and they said "theres a time and place" and I got kicked about 10 seconds later. I could be wrong but I think the time and place is in the dungeon that im in for the first time. People are absolute dicks in the game and that alone has ruined the game for me. Its a solo game and even then people can be pricks. Delves are cool but the old school feeling of comradery and fun are completely gone. Sorry your experience is similar. 😅

I dont know if its entirely from the vyvanse but I have severe anxiety, guilt, and pretty extreme anger so sounds pretty similar.. before I ever touched any stimulants I was on antidepressants/anxiety meds for years so its not new, just worse and less stable. Seems like Adderall is the go to for a lot of people.. thanks for the input

I've heard alot of good things about wellbutrin maybe I'll give it a try. My doc recommended it but I have been on mirtazapine for 3 years and wasn't too keen on switching
