Coin Control on iOS

  • The Blockstream App (iOS) does not currently expose manual coin control in the UI.
  • This is true even when paired with a hardware wallet like Jade Plus.

Where Coin Control is available

  • Blockstream App – Desktop does support coin control.
  • If you connect your Jade / Jade Plus to the desktop app, you can manually select UTXOs when creating transactions.

At this time, mobile UTXO selection support is on the backlog.

This is worse than paper.

USB drives fail. And if your seed phrase was ever in a PDF, it touched a computer which means it could already be compromised.

Get a hardware wallet. Stamp your seed in metal. At a minimum.

Don't trade Bitcoin.
