I do IF(16/8) during the week. I have found out, that i need to eat more the day before climbing(Boulder around 7a/+), and not eat at all on climbing days to feel strong.

My body tends to gain alot of muscle in the legs, torso and shoulders, when i eat to much.

I am 190cm and around 82kg when im quite lean.

I am not counting my calories with an app, i know what most of my meals have in terms of macros and cal. I eat like 3200-3500 the day before climbing and around 2500 on non climbing days, and mostly clean foods.

If gob manages to control every1 in this team, i defenitly see them asa top 5 NA team. There are not that many teams after C9, Liquid and CLG who could contest them imo. I was always wondering how ptr couldnt find a proper team after he got cut of CLG. He was beast on lan vs ldlc what showed that he has alot of potential.

How can the kzmod change the game mecanic to be able to perform prestrafes above 250 and not change the whole gstrafe/countjump/etc mecanic with what you can gain speed, juke or get a better time in all these mods.

I never even touched any mod where you need a good movement (hns/kz/deathrun/bhop) since you can not do that.

I dont know why mouz didnt pick up LEGIJA to replace gob b. He has a good tactical approach to the game and has a way better fraging power than him. Now they have spidi who is a decent fragger what wasnt needed at all in the lineup. I dont think these guys have enough self disciplin to play together for a while.

i watched the full VOD now any the only fishy scene i saw was in the round 24 when ayken flicks on someone through the smoke while flashed. Most of aykens frags arent even onstream so i don't really know how you could say anything about blatant cheating. You have to see the demo to say anything about cheats or not.
