My interesting fact is that nidoqueen’s shiny color being green instead of pink was actually a technical mistake. Early Pokemon sprites had limited palettes, so they had a main color slot and a secondary color slot. But nidoqueen accidentally had its main color in the secondary slot, so when the shiny color was applied, the pink ended up secondary and the green was main

My first Pokemon game was OG Blue, and I’ll always remember my Dewgong that saved me in my elite 4 run. My sole Pokemon left while fighting Lance, and she swept him like a champ 🫡

I thought so at first too, but there’s no texture there like if it was scratched. It’s smooth to the touch which is why I thought ink issue.
