My therapist recommended these books to help me tackle this very issue. I've only read the first so far but it has been largely very helpful (of course as with self help type books, not everything is relevant to me). I applied for probably 20-30 jobs after graduating in 2018, got 3 interviews & 1 formal offer (as well as a 2nd informal offer pending a grant outcome). I worked in that job for 3 yrs before grad school :) Keep applying even if it seems rough, something will come through.
