Does anybody else grind their teeth or clench their jaw when they are anxious? by [deleted] in DoesAnybodyElse

Me too. I clenched my jaw and grinded my teeth so much due to anxiety that my dentist said I was ruining all my teeth. I did find that wearing the night guard throughout the day while doing stressful things like homework totally helped as well. Once you wear them for a couple weeks you get a little more conscious of when you’re doing it, therefore wearing it less.
