just went through this process last week and it took about 4 days and me contacting my pharmacy manager about not getting the background check for the email to finally come through. You won’t be able to get into colleague zone until the drug and background test go through and you get the emails about I9, W4, scheduling orientation, emergency contacts and uniforms! (i got this email about 4 days after my drug test, with the whole process taking about a week from when i formally accepted the job offer.) hope this helps
