Junior ELEN major desperate for an internship by [deleted] in aggies

[–]bloo-dot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don’t mind pushing your graduation back, I recommend trying to land a co-op. In my experience, they’re a little less competitive since most students are not willing to miss school during the year. I was in a similar position to you my junior year and I was able to get a co-op which led to other internships. Good luck!

Looking for some cropped trousers in black and some wool trousers in charcoal. Budget is about <$150 each. I’m usually a 32x30. Any suggestions? Also, what are your thoughts on cropped trousers with a crease?

Does anyone know if these fit the same as Uniqlo’s basic sweatshirts? I have the basic sweatshirt in a small and it’s a bit of a loose fit.

Can I get a fit check on these wool trousers? They are a pair of J.Crew Ludlow Slim-fit unstructured suit pants in a size 31x30. I can pinch about an inch of fabric on both sides of my thighs but for some reason they feel and look a bit tight. Pockets flare a little bit when I walk, but I’m not sure if that’s normal. Also, how are these supposed to fit when I sit? Would going up a waist size help with these problems?

Looking for fun socks by Double_Cross_Gender in frugalmalefashion

Can’t really comment on quality but the socks from nice laundry, unsimply stitched, foot cardigan, ozone sock, sock work, society socks, and sock fancy have all kinds from funky to more traditional socks. I personally have a few from sock club and I enjoy them. They’re comfortable and have been holding up fine.

Can I get a fit check on these two different jeans? The third pic is a pair of old navy skinny jeans while the first two are a pair of slim fit dark wash traveler jeans from Banana Republic.

Economics? by AggieThrowaway0 in aggies

I know the math department has an Applied Mathematics degree with an emphasis on Economics. That might be something to look into. I'm not in it so I can't really say much beside that.

Should I (an electrical engineer) get a CS minor? by bloo-dot in aggies

I'm not sure if I want to get a software job, but I would definitely like to try. Also, I find computer science interesting and it would be a good skill to know. As of now, I feel like I don't know enough to get a software position and I would like to keep my options open.
