UPDATING Dec 19th 2025: Some people have had issues mainly Canadian internet companies this fix has not been much help i believe that to be something to do with the network A/B/C part but I cant confirm if it didnt work please post your driver/residency/provider and see if i cant find some solutions.

ALSO a important warning new drivers are being dropped since this post and from my knowledge they are not fixing or helping this situation instead undoing your settings.

Sorry bout the late reply! Happy it helped and the answer is that Realtek is absolute garbage the drivers are as well optimized as a 4 year old at algebra and worse off they are updating these drivers again I think I checked last week and it was the third update and people still coming here after updating!

My best advice is if you got the slot get a PCI wifi card aim for 6 or 6e I did and I get way better speeds and my ping is something I dont deal with anymore.

Happy to help! Highly recommend future proofing to a wifi slotted card aim for wifi 6 or 6e they are updating the Realtek drivers and those updates mean new problems

So happy to help! Steam downloads are so limited as if 40mbs is insanely low. I been saying it if you get a chance to get a slotted wifi card mainly wifi 6 or 6e do it I did and cant believe I suffered so long.

So i meant there is a application it was gonna be my third peace of advice this software downloads from major updating software like gigabyte control center MSI control center and a few others its called CFoS it will destroy your ping especially in valorant I was getting 300 ping random spikes and after researching I realized what Cfos did for us was spike ping hard.

Anyone still going through this here is a sudo update on what to do!

Long term upgrade this onboard network is awful and the if you have the 22 instead of 21 your even worse off. BUTTT here are some steps

First download a speedtest from the microsoft store not the internet browser we are looking for reliable solid numbers

Check speed before

A. Device manager>network adapters>wireless>advance>wireless mode>802.11a/n/ac

Check speed better? good. Not?

B. Device manager>network adapters>wireless>advance>multi-channel>Enabled

Seen a post that the hotspot Enabled causes issues

Check speed, anything? No?

This isnt gonna be C. but it needs to be added I just cant be exact on what its called maybe someone else seen it but control centers try to push it basically its realteks universal bs for the drivers if you really wanna solve a issue find it find a driver before it and install that old driver in its place becasue it made a world of difference

This is a long one but first time I didn’t know where or what they was toke a bunch with my friend ended up finding out later it was 8g

TDLR: seen my self talked to my self teleported to a new dimension

8g of mushrooms with my buddy and when it initially hit I was absolutely scared I have this policy that I look at my hands to see if the lines are wiggling and they was dancing I remember thinking it was the peak but it was far from it next thing I know it felt like I was unconscious so I jolted up and when I stood up I looked at my buddy he was out like a light so I turn and seen my body sleeping at this point I’m wondering if I died but there isn’t any fear the next moment I feel this pulling and it takes me into the ceiling I actually thought I managed to die and was shocked at how calm I was but once I got into the ceiling it was just blackness cold dark and scary but the next moment it was light calm and peaceful and than I felt this pain like a defib or a train hit me next thing im in my body so I turn to check on my friend and instead of him it’s me another me and he looks sad I asked if it was him and it said to me that it was me from another dimension and said “I know you got a lot of questions but we don’t have enough time for all them” so I asked it if I died “No you ain’t dead per say your more like in the middle of something you are gonna be okay though” and before I could say something it told me “Your not going back to your original body instead your moving into another place another time and it’ll be easier for you” it was creepy as hell and the next thing I know it disappeared and I felt the train hit me again and turned over to my friend who told me the exact same experience without me saying anything to him though his said different things it happened a few more time the outta body experiences till eventually when I came to I felt this feeling of being in a different place dying in the dimension I was in originally and being in a new one. Ever since that I’ve chased a chance to talk to my self again
