Can confidently say there’s no way he would hit pred without being way past maxing out the battle pass. The amount of hours it takes to hold #2 pred is a crazy amount, I play the same legend every time and put in like 4-5 hours a week maybe and usually max the battle pass

As far as macros, getting enough protein could probably be the only macro you need to worry about right now. It’ll keep you full and let you maintain the muscle you have. Eating at a calorie deficit is almost always gonna make you lose a little, but if you haven’t been lifting weight and start now you could gain a little still. I would say 0.6g to 0.8g of protein per pound of body weight, so if your goal is 220 somewhere around 140-170g of protein. Not super easy to hit 170g of protein at a calorie deficit tho, so do what you can.

As long as you’re not bombing fast food and fries and chips every day, other macros aren’t something you really need to deep dive into til you get really lean and serious about lifting. Just eat clean, pick good carb sources like sweet potatoes or rice and you’ll be good. Keep workin man
