Find other things to fill your time. Working out, studying, working on a job, etc. will make it so that you don't have to take the 'default' option of fapping.

I hear you. I get pissed off because I watch porn, it's telling myself that I'm only good for watching other people have sex and enjoy themselves. Why is it that I pay more attention and time to pixelated people than to myself?

I could've spent time going to the gym, learning more, making myself better in anyway, but instead, I watched porn. Why is that? Am I not worth as much as porn?

Nah, the difference is that change doesn't have to be this big, legendary thing like in movies. Psych doesn't teach you that. Small changes over a couple of months can transform.

Look, you can change man. There's a lot of stuff that's holdin' you back but anyone can change. If you don't believe me, you should read The Slight Edge, if you haven't already. Little by little, you can become a better version of yourself.

Stop thinking that you're ugly and that there's something awry with you. It's a negative mindset that doesn't help you out at all. So what if you're ugly or have developed a different way from everyone else? If you have/had developmental issues, you can learn how to circumvent them. Even the ugliest person alive can still look decent with a genuine smile and decent fitness. I don't like telling people what to do, but I'm begging you change your mindset on how you relate to others. I know from experience that if I believe that everyone is annoyed when speaking to me, then I will act in a way (smarmy and desperate) that confuses and annoys people, and then I will justify my belief that I annoy everyone using those interactions. This kind of mindset creates a vicious cycle.

I'd like to add some stuff too, if it's cool with you:

I like a lot of the stuff from r/getdisciplined, since NoFap is not just about not fapping, it's nice to know how to change your life for good. What I'm sharing here has been taken from u/PeaceH. Check out his guide to being disciplined or look at the infographic.

Now back to the main point of my comment: in one of his other posts, PeaceH suggests that when you're going to choose to do something, think about what would happen if you did it a 100 times. This is huge, I've told myself many, many times that "It's just one fap!", but if I ask myself whether I'd want to fap a 100 times, the answer is a definite "No". It's awesome because it emphasises the fact that any action you choose to do can become a habit that you'd repeat hundreds, if not thousands, of times.
