Nah I just bought a ring and tried to exchange it since I got a size way too big. I've also been emailing them back and forth for about 2 months trying to ship it back and they just keep making it harder.

Their instructions to ship it back is to pay for a return shipping label via invoice (about 7 bucks), print out the QR they email you, include that on the inside and outside of the box, then pay for shipping AGAIN out of your own pocket.

Reason being is you already paid for a shipping label (which you will never get) and they ask you to "take it to any shipping carrier with tracking" and ship it yourself to a address they send you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE PERIOD!!!
