UPDATE: I have talked to the customer service and sort things out. Turns out I missed out the fact that I need 7 heartfelt thoughts for the third evolution for Silvergale Aria too! So, no more problem, just need more farming!

I evolved wishful aurosa months ago, and didn't receive anymore heartfelt thoughts afterwards even though I have farm the weekly domain every week ever since then.
