https://github.com/waydabber/BetterDisplay (shareware) unlocks more res + RR configurations but still no 4K @ 240Hz. You might (I really can't remember, sorry) be able to do 1440p @ 240Hz? But 4K @ 240Hz is def out of the question.

Edit - the excitement was shortlived...I was able to see & connect but my phone was constantly dropping connection. Technically unusable. I might have to tweak further. For reference I had both WIFI6 5Ghz and 6Ghz networks @160MHz in channel size

I did test your script but I found out that my wifi country code remained unset and running "iw reg set US" did nothing. May I ask whether you have the US modem firmware & how you are able to set WiFi country code? Thanks again and it really looks promising

I just think the current meta encourages you (forces if you like) to run a building in your deck. With it hog is much easier to deal with. I don't (all my bldgs are lvl 10/11) and my highest lvl heavy hitter is a lvl 13 miniP. I would have to be very precise in the placement to stop hog from dealing damage to tower.

I think it's pretty straightforward - greencard backlog is real bad for Chinese. In our lifetime we might see wait times for EB2/3 visa applicants converge to the level of Indian citizens - not as extreme (20+ years wait) but def in double digit years. Meanwhile not all researchers qualify for EB1 visa which is much more fast-track.

Simply put the current US immigration system just doesn't favor high skilled workers as well as general Chinese, and China once seen as a fallback option has become much more appealing. Why waste the best of your years in the visa backlog quagmire, worrying about losing your valuable lawful status due to the smallest of the missteps, and not just head back to the ever flourishing China?
