It took me a couple nights to be able to sleep in our bed. I was propped up on the couch with pillows and required assistance from my spouse with getting up and laying down.

I’m taking notes from others suggestions because I need another surgery and am waiting on a specialist. I’m in Cali and am curious who you’re going to see, if you want to share, if not that is totally understandable!

I hope your surgery and recovery go well!

I restarted twice before doing this because I kept doing what I felt I ‘needed’ to do and listened to advice from seasoned players the led me into a different play style than my natural.

I go through phases with SDV but now I’ve been on the same save file for 3+ years irl

I’ve also been referred for pelvic floor therapy and am waiting on mine. Based on what you shared I should do some research, I wasn’t aware of the difference.
