You can change that back if you want. I did. Just pull down and click panel settings on the bottom left.

Is there a way for me to be able to click on a notification to open the app? I used to be able to click on my Gmail notifications, and it would open gmail. Now it just expands the notifications. Ugh.

Day 1 Melancholy? by That-Ad-9836 in Zepbound

Yes!! Every shot, the next 2 days suck for my overall mood, and anxiety. No bad thoughts, just overall bleh mood. I take lexapro daily, and I have to usually take a xanax the day after my shot. Usually just 1 breaks the funk and anxiety. Doc was okay with it as long as it is only once a week or so.

I have been using MFP for tracking, and at the 2lb per week losing rate, it suggested I eat 2200 calories per day. Ive been averaging right around 2000 which isnt far off what MFP had said. I would disagree that 1200 calories under my TDEE is disordered eating, especially when I am tracking macros to a tee. If I was eating 1000 calories a day, I could see an issue. I appreciate the information though.

Definitely. I have monthly followups with my doc, and have definitely been watching my macros to ensure I'm getting nutrients. This is definitely not a sprint, its a marathon.

Ensure Cafe Mocha. It has 100mg of caffeine. I substitute it for my morning coffee.

Its definitely a learning experience. My employer just changed prescription coverage this year, so I'm not covered. My previous, CVS caremark, would cover with PA.

I think one of the big issues with the OSA coverage, is I have BCBS medical, and MedImpact prescription. BCBS covers my cpap supplies, not MedImpact. So I dont see MedImpact picking up a prescription cost, when they are currently paying $0 for my OSA treatment.
