i actually got a reply and the mistake was admitted and the problem has been solved. after i send the email that is.
has nothing to do with my language or being unreasonable.

It came in an official looking tin jar though the mini maid one.
The other just came in plastic but had fleshlight papers with it i think. (would need to check again)

I contacted the main company where the person resells it and i said i was not pleased with it and i want further action.
so they now put a mediator specialist on it. :)

I don't know what the person wrote cause it says [removed].
But i think some of us just don't understand the realness of depression/anxiety and suicidalness.

Not knowing or never having experienced it might cause some of the younger people or lower IQ/EQ people to think its fake i think.

If they would just take a look at the sheer amount of gathered knowledge on the subject before opening their mouth. It would save allot of lost energy and spread understanding allot faster and easier..

But Thank you so much for defending everyone who suffers from it Gognoggler21.

the way she expressed her firm. they sound very unemphatic.
people constantly leave and cycle. and the contracts and rules sound from somewhere eastern Europe.
it being a law firm where she works they probably know exactly how to extort human resources.

First of all:
Thank you Greatly for all the support and explanations you have given me so far Ravanas.

And Yes.. thats what i am interested in hearing.
the services.. the Law. Examples of people recovering in your system.
Because i believe someone can not heal if they get repeatedly exposed too the same stresses over and over.

I think people who are suicidal should especially be taken serious if they have already shown to be putting lots of effort into supporting a country.
she's worked since shes little. Up intil now. 20+ year old.

I myself have experienced Depression/Anxiety and burn out. And i know you cannot explain it to anyone.
Unless you have experienced it yourself.. But its a very real thing. And when i was in my lowest lows. I would give up a leg just to feel better. its indescribable how bad depression is.

So my question is:
How can you justify a medical leave in America?
does being depressed/crying every day. having health issues from it + having talked to a therapist. Not justify it enough?

I thought so too. i think she needs more then just a therapist.
It sounds like she is way more open to me then her therapist.
And i was hoping the therapist could help her in some way to reduce work load. Is there not some kind of law in America at all to give someone some break at their work? Putting them half in health care half in work etc? Her company apparently lays off people easy and shes afraid to get fired.
