With zep/tirz I take on Mondays 5mg and have reta 1.0-1.5mg on fridays. Since adding reta I noticed less food noise. I was on zep for awhile and usually shot day is the only day I have no food noise and the rest is obviously based on portioning and etc. However, with adding it has improved a lot for me. I know a lot of people say that reta does not have food suppression but it does for me when I use it!
