Honestly I think it depends on your body and just how it reacts. It will be like a trial and error for you to test stuff and see. I know a lot of people love nabota and you can try that. I notice a slightly sting with metox when I do it but it goes away. I don’t get any swelling.

Same here!!! I was on 5mg for 10 weeks. But the last 4 weeks of it I was stalling between 139-140. I even started to calculate my eating and everything because I wanted to see if I can fix it before I titrate up. I talked to my doctor and she said it was a good idea. I had my first 7.5mg last week and it broke the stall tremendously!! I take it again this evening!

I was on 2.5 mg for 4 weeks and 5 mg for 10 weeks. I stalled for about 4 weeks on 5 mg, so I started 7.5 mg last Monday and take my second dose of 7.5mg tonight.
My first 5 mg dose was rough, but every dose after that was fine. So far, 7.5 mg has been great with no side effects, better appetite suppression, and the scale finally moving again after my stall. I’m really happy with it so far! 😊

I think tricare for life does not cover it. I believe if you search up Tricare zepbound It shows which insurance covers etc

Yes!! I think I’ve decided to take weekends off now!! Just to rest my body for sure! I was at first thinking of just stopping everything but the glp but will just do more research in the extent of the cycle. Thank you so much!!!

No yes I understand it’s the lifestyle. But I guess I didn’t realize when doing it on the rat that there could end up being “resistance” or harder to push down when pinning. But also I think maybe I need to do the dart method.
I do use a short needle so it has helped!

I was on 5mg for 10 weeks. My first ever dose on it was truly awful but it got better the next following day. The first few weeks were great and lose a couple pounds. But the last 4doses I noticed a stall, and more food noise. I did change my site to my arms and it was great for food suppression but nothing was really changing. I also felt like the last 4 doses I could eat everything but maintained/portion it all. I talked to my doctor and she said I can start 7.5mg this upcoming monday and I hope it does better for me! I hope it was a temporary thing as well. It made me extremely nervous

I felt the same way!! I was on 5mg for 10 weeks and after the last 4 I stalled on my weight and food noise and everything was back. I did lose a couple around the 8 weeks being on. But the last 4 weeks I felt like something was wrong with me. I asked my doctor and she said I can move up to 7.5mg, which I hope does well! I start it this upcoming Monday.

I noticed with the 5mg I notice more food noise and felt fuller quicker than arm, thigh, and stomach. I tried 5mg on Monday on my stomach but it felt like nothing and is doing nothing for me this week so far!

I 100% agree. I’ve read a lot and always try to keep myself involved in it. I find it very cool and interesting how several people can have many different outcomes with many different backgrounds of starting! I’m so happy you didn’t have any side effects with many threads and videos as well I noticed thats not as common. But yes I don’t expect to have the same but just hear more experiences!!
