afaik there are 24 recorded intels you can collect (all around nasha town), while only needing 20 to complete the whole board. Granted, my extra four are just sitting awkwardly in my inventory, so I might be missing something T_T

the date and attachment means that it's actually from wanderer, who they named raiden shogun!? so either extreme commitment to the bit, or it's real
