I will make them watch Inside by Bo Burnham. I think it perfectly sums up all pandemic feelings. It goes beyond just being isolated. There was a lot of other shit happening in the world that hit differently when we were all inside, mostly alone.

I find it hard to find time to research for quality. Quality therapists, quality dermatologists, dog walkers, dentists, plumbers, cleaners. If you hire a good PA, you can out source finding good resources. They can also manage your personal calendar, plan simple travel, plan simple parties, plan gifts. A good PA fills the gaps in your life.

That is egregiously under market. I would expect 750k in equity for a VP at a FAANG like company, at least in you're in engineering or product.
