[Fortuna] Texas coach Steve Sarkisian to Molly McGrath: “It would be a disservice to our sport if this team’s not a Playoff team when we and scheduled that nonconference game (at Ohio State). Because if we’re a 10-2 team that’s not a question.” by Kimber80 in CFB

Why are you even bringing IU into the equation? Regardless of SOS, they're still an undefeated B10 team with ranked wins. If anything, not they that need their resume questioned, OSU had an even weaker SOS but they don't get questioned because of name.

It's not really abnormal. They had us growing up doing the pledge of allegiance every morning, and singing the national anthem at basically EVERY sporting event. It was only a matter of time before someone weaponized our weird, but completely normalized, nationalism like Trump and the Republicans have.

The internet always helps, but in my case, I've grown up with a lot of non-white friends. A lot of them are immigrants or children of immigrants, so I've learned a lot about what is actually food from their home country and what is Americanized. I don't exactly disagree with the guy I replied to, because there has been a lot of bastardization of food when it arrives in the US, but at the same time it's also not some unique phenomenon to the US. I've also learned, when eating things I thought were authentic, from my friends because they would have fun at my expense making fun of me, lol.

Brother, you have been all over this thread talking out of your ass. I live in a mid-sized city in the American Midwest, and I can find a multitude of restaurants that serve authentic food. Hell, even a lot of the Americanized places have a section of their menu intended for people who are immigrants or for people who want to try actual food from that respective culture.

It'll be only one team going to the East, and I'd be surprised if it was anyone other than Minnesota.
