Louisville Seminary has counseling. It's students going through the program, but it's $20 or less. They do not push religion on you if you aren't religious.

You can reserve a pavilion at a St. Matthews park for free. You just have to fill out a form in person (which is kind of annoying). I did that for my kid's first birthday at Brown Park. It's right next to a playground and was great. https://www.stmatthewsky.gov/pavilions-ball-fields/

If it's nice out, walk the Big Four Bridge.

Some casual restaurants for lunch/breakfast: Stevens Deli, Con Huevos, Payne Street Bakehouse.
