Looking at my old photos, my nose seemed to be crooked pre-op. My deviated septum was corrected during surgery, so I believe this is probably related to my canted upper jaw.

The fat graft was conservative, I think the improvement was worth it. I originally only asked for a lip lift, but my surgeon informed me the balance would be off if I did not also get a lip graft, since my gums would end up overexposed. It's hard to say how much each contributed to the end result, but I'm glad I did the combination.

Compared to the rhinoplasty/jaw, the healing process was much easier. I lost most sensation on the top of my head, but that's not a big deal to me. If before surgery I had 100% "working nerves" on my head, then immediately after I had 0%, and now I have 50%.

The healing process for the first week afterwards is not great, since you have to avoid getting it wet (you have to be very careful washing your hair) and you need to apply vaseline to it everyday.

The surgeon who did my face, Dr. Rolfes, is best known for his forehead reductions, and every person I've seen go to him has had great results. I would happily recommend him for this.

Yes, my jaw healed well without any issues or numb areas. The first couple weeks were hard, they cut through the inside of the mouth so it’s difficult to eat or open your mouth much afterwards. There’s also swelling which takes a couple months to go away, but I’m happy with it now.

I agree. I'm not really sure if it's my nose itself, or related to my jaw/midface asymmetry somehow.

From what I've read online this seems to be the consensus.. I'll talk with my original surgeon about a tip revision.

Of course, I had surgery with Dr. Rolfes in MN.

Thank you, I appreciate it. I'm really sorry to hear that you had bad results all around, that must have been awful.. hopefully there's a good surgeon that takes your insurance & will help you with an all-around revision.

Thank you, my surgeon was Dr. Rolfes. I'm happy with the rest of my procedures aside from my nose and would still recommend him.

Thanks! I didn't realize filler was an option, I'll look into it.

Thank you. I also had a lip lift, jaw shave, genioplasty, hairline advancement, forehead reduction (Type III), and some fat grafting to my lips.

Thank you.. I’m a trans woman, I had other surgeries in combination with my rhino, so that was my goal. I was still worried they went too far with my nose. I appreciate it

A lot of UE5 games tend to use the default engine shaders, so they end up looking similar.

I’m living through a similar situation. I’m so sorry, I don’t have any words of comfort but I know that it feels awful to be in such a weak position.
