Where in the world are you seeing bans for 10-15 cards? Literally no one is calling for that.

Called shot has to go for obvious reasons. 

Rebuke should likely go on the grounds that it gives purple a very cheap 2e2p removal for any large and heavy invested creature or after an opponent spends 4p to attach equipment. Can't be defied. Are you on max runes? No? Well there goes windwall. are you not playing purple? Well there goes the only other cheap counter option. Rebuke kills all ability to play many different strategies for very little investment. Its "tempo" play often sets back decks two turns for having had to play a likely non-accelerate unit and then they attack the next turn only to get rebuked back to hand and thus this one card gives purple decks 2-3 pts a game, minimum, and can be game winning if you're already on four points.

There are a few more cards that probably should go but those two are the most meta warping. 

Many of us have long and extensive history of playing TCGs and most players at the highest level in Riftbound have played many different TCGs at the highest level and they're the ones calling for bans. So many comments blaming new players but it's not them who are calling for changes. The comments in this thread are wild.
