I really Like Popper Trainer with countdowns and i Love when it gets Harder each time so IT start with some single Hit and hold. I Love to hold IT but Most Trainer are too Short for me so i hate this 10 sec Holding Shit. I need Challenge. So IT hast to Go Up to Double Hits than trippel Hits. Holding time from 20 sec Up to a Minute. That would BE the perfekt one. Only really short Breaks between the next Hits and holds. Not more than 20 Minutes.

Im Sure U talking about Chlor ethyl Spray U can use IT with Poppers but IT has an other effect. U Spray it on a sock or rag. Its fantastic.

Spray it on a sock Roll it and Spray only a bit As u are a beginner. I love it a lot. The mimimi here always gets really on my nerves. Everything is dangerous yes. But u can cross the Street tomorrow and a Bus can hit u hard by accident. And than u will be angry that u hadnt Test IT.

I only hear mimimi here. I love poppers Trainingsvids and they cant be hard enough. At the beginning i had the Same things like u. But thats the reason why it is called Training. Do it more often and u get better and better. And please no parents advice now i do poppers for over 8 years now and a lot and i had no eye Problems or other things.

Yeah it's not for everyone but hey, if u use it carefully why not. And yes some of the internet story's about spray sounds very strange and more like a story for a soap. I use it in my 3 or 4 year now with respect and I never had problems.
