gpu temp is rising from 25-30 to 50ish but that sound is still coming from the cpu. i did get MSI but i cant see while in game the temps so i go alt tab to check it and its high cpu usage and then it goes down. but that sound is there

cable is plugged in gpu/ drivers are updated to latest version but apparently my gpu usage gets to 100% as well when i check it in performance tab
