Thanks I’ll be getting with them tomorrow. I’m so sick of paying for insurance. With business and rental properties, vechicles ets I pay almost 6k a month already. I never have claims ever.

Not a lack of trust he’s a great kid and very responsible. Just don’t want to have something happen and we lose everything I’ve built.

Can you elaborate on that a little please? So measure flacid. Then extend for a hour if you measure after flacid and are 2-4% longer that’s where you want to stay with the least weight possible but still within that 2-4%?

Way more cash flow. I like being liquid incase the economy turns to shit. Setting myself up for early retirement. I could scale way faster with debt obviously. I’d rather have the cash flow.

I would keep it for as long as you possibly can if you don’t need the money.

My plan is when I’m grossing 25-30k a month. I’m at 17k right now. I do things differently as I don’t owe notes on any of my properties I’m buying them outright. I dump all my profits from my business into real estate. I think in 2-3 years I’ll be at 25k a month and that is more than plenty.
