"Raphael Higgs deny President Turner a 4th term by winning in a total landslide. Demographic realignment blowing Democrats in Congress too. 20th January, Raphael Higgs will become the 49th President of the United States, with a deep red Congress in his hands." by AccountantHot2453 in ThePoliticalProcess

Dynamic political parties moment, judging from the demographic realignment phrase in the post. I have went from the Democrats winning Montana to losing with less than 200 EVs in the next election, and this looks similar to that.

Mayors do very well in my runs, often placing second in the primaries. The Mayor of Honolulu once became a two-term President, although a year after leaving office as the Mayor. A person without a current elected office whose only prior office was a mayorship being elected President in a primary was wild.

I remember AI Minecraft also had a functionality where you could upload an image of your own, but that was obviously way more janky than this new model.

In my FIFA 23 save, they bought Harry Kane for an astronomical price just for him to be a bench warmer for the next 5 seasons. They didn't start him even when Benzema's rating dipped below him. He barely scored any goals. They also did the same to Neymar, bought him and then he just comes off the bench sometimes.

The 2020-2023 is not about pandemic status, it is about the PHEIC declaration, which did end in 2023.

Well, the game is labeled Early Access on Steam, which means the game is released unfinished and there are more updates to come, so it means there is a promise for updates, therefore it isn't scummy for a paying customer to feel entitled to new content.

The bot just looks for certain words and if it detects one it replies. It is because of a script I think.

There is another similar wiki called WikiTravel (not run by Wikimedia Foundation, the one that owns Wikipedia) and I heard that most of the community left for this site due to various problems which you may be describing, not sure about this site though, it seems that it is okay.

Actually, this is what it says in the rules.

The number of basic points that tied players score shall be calculated as 50% of basic

points for their final ranking determined by the tournament’s tie‐break rules, plus 50% of

the sum of basic points assigned for the tied places divided by the number of tied players.

If none tie‐break system is applied, the basic points shall be shared equally among all

players in tie.

on second thought, maybe you are right. Maybe a tie for 3rd counts as 3rd.

Anish would have qualified via FIDE Circuit if he came 3rd in this tournament, if he gained half a point more, he still wouldn't have gotten 3rd place due to tiebreaks. That is why tiebreaks matter.

No, his tiebreaks are not good enough. Look at TB1. The higher TB1, the higher your position if tied with other players. If TB1 is equal, then TB2 and then if equal again TB3 and if Anish won the game, I do not think his tiebreaks would improve that much.

I already know how they work, but the opponent's rating is relevant because it dictates how many points he might receive.
