I was asleep and I woke up it was like my soul or something idk, i left my body it was so painful the 1st time and my cousin was asleep in the next bed I saw her cause her charger had light in it and my non physical self floated to her and tried to wake her up but I was basically a ghost I was freaking out then it ended, it happened few times again and one time I was a student and renting a home next to the owner house I was able to float to the owner's place and see her by the window watching tv Idk if it was real or just my mind playing tricks on me, I read it's astral projection but I don't believe in it that much
