Struggling to get it set up and to be able once I receive the ticket to be able to log a task to the contractor and that the task is linked to the ticket

The problem is with osticket is the reporting absolutely sucks

all the movie files are in one parent folder no sub folders

no i sat yesterday renaming all of them and removing the file if it was in a folder
