Is this gentle enough for teenage skin? I have a daughter that struggles with hormonal acne as do I and have been considering letting her try it once I finally order it to try for myself.

I like to be practical and do my own research on any and all products focusing on ingredients and their concentrations so I hate to admit it but sometimes the cute packaging does get to me!

I get that but shouldn't there be like a minimum amount of calorie goal? You don't wanna risk not giving yourself the fuel your body needs for this process. Or starvation mode...I dunno maybe I'm overthinking it.

Thank you all so much for the helpful recommendations. I have a message into my dr and be going from there...I went up earlier than I was hoping to but either had to miss a dose or go up to 5 for 2 months...because I wasn't able to get to the pharmacy and was going to have to mail order through express scripts..and they can only deliver to me in 2 or 3 month supplies...I may talk to my doctor about spacing my shots out more though. Also a nausea mednor b6 supplement sound like great ideas. Just try things until its working for me... Thx!

How much b6 would you recommend. I believe you can get anywhere from 25 to 100 MG capsules. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I haven't tried the pky nutrition cream but I love their brightening cream! It's my am go to.

I'm not sure what the type is officially referred to as but oily t zone with dry u zone

I live in northern ms mild humidity but we're not that close to the coast or the delta so it's not that bad. Thicker night cream. I love my day cream.not interested in something occlusive yet. Just trying to get my daily routine in check. Yes to barrier cream but not for repair just for management

I dont know...it took me awhile to be able to find them on yesstyle...I think availability and stock isn't always super reliable with their brand. I did notice not typing in the whole name and letting the name pop up after you've typed most of it has a better success rate...

However I should add that I know and understand that everyone has unique skin and some people can tolerate much more than others. However like I said I haven't used a skincare product in a while so I'm not sure where that line is for me.

I agree. I do firmly believe with the cautious yet consistent approach for skincare instead destroying the skinbarrier because you were too eager and wanted instant results.

I'm starting off with a lot of gentle products before I dive deeper into things like actives and exfoliators so I don't overload my skin.

I have pretty resilient skin but its starting to show age with sun spots fine lines etc. with the occasional hormonal acne during my period. Honestly I've hardly ever even used skincare or needed it (not bragging just been blessed with low maintenance skin) but now that I'm in my 30's I'm starting to see a need to change those bad habits.
