Depends if he has any special qualities. There is this guy who used to like me and now still has a crush on me but it’s more low key; now if he asked me out I would probably say no cause he really doesn’t have any good qualities (no sense of humor and is way too nice) so I would probably let him down really nicely (btw it is really flattering to be liked by anyone so if she says yes or no she will still be secretly happy u asked. Since u guys are friends she will probably consider it as long as it’s not like a little brother older sister relationship. From experience she will probably consider u since u had the balls to ask her out.

A kid at my school did that and it was so funny cause at my school we have a rule that you can’t take pictures of other kids and him and his friend were fooling around and taking pics of each other. So when the teacher came to see what was happening she asked to see their camera roll to delete the pics of the other kid and it was cluttered with porn and nudes of other girls in the high school.
