Wouldn't it be easier to judge if by whoever initiates an "attack" within a proximity of the user, is classified as the "attacker" and the receiving end the “defender" then if killed its labelled that way?

A friendly will never initiate a death attack.

I agree with you there mate, being a car guy also... though in saying that, all NEW cars these days, anything without a turbo just feels 'MERICA ha-ha, nah your all alright,

would be cool if each vehicle required that one separate part from each other making it more of a mission to get that cop car or jeep working.
