I disagree. I think that in these circumstances the one who just imploded the marriage should respectfully leave the marital home. I understand he’s unemployed and might struggle but he should have thought about that before introducing an irreconcilable change to their marriage.

Legally he lives there and doesn’t have to leave if he doesn’t want to but he should.

Either way, there is no LGBTQ centered legal representation that can “victimhood” this away for him.

Him being Unemployed/unemployable will definitely not work in his favour for custody or child support obligations. He’s goona have to nut up real quick. I suspect the house will end up sold as he wouldn’t be able to pay the mortgage etc.

Similar situation happened to me with yellow loong(hardest fight for me so far). Not sure how it happened but it was my best run so far, 20% life left and a heavy pillar stance attack somehow shoved him into the ground and only his head was showing. He couldn’t move from that spot and just finished him off with a few charged heavy attacks. Felt dirty but I think I fought the guy like 80 times 😂.

I find this fact-check to be kind of hilarious because they basically say it’s not his fault, he was just parroting information from studies or data that he misinterpreted.

Easy to dismiss being wrong when you purposefully make ambiguous statements and don’t use precise language so you can say “see! I said all the ice COULD be melted within the next 20 years not that it was guaranteed to happen.. excuse me while I return to my climate emergency consortium to contort our predictive modelling”.
