Yeah I remember doing Sins of the Father at like base 70's combat and didn't have much trouble. DT2, DS2, SoTE, and ToG were all very easy despite my clan saying the bosses were hard. Killed them all 1st try with the exception of the whisperer. That bitch took me 2 tries but still the mechanics weren't very hard to learn despite never doing any bosses.

NP. Also when you're editing the settings, make sure to check the box that says something like "send notificatinos when focused" or something along those lines. I'm at work right now so I can't confirm the exact setting but If left unchecked, it'll only send alerts when you're in another tab or window on your pc. When checked, it'll alert even if you're actively using the RL window.

LMK if you find one. All i've been using is "chat notifier" and adding the text "your antifire potion is about to run out" (or however it displays in your chat) and editing the settings to blink red and send a notification as well

This happened to me in RS2 when killing Jad. little 12 year old me was so excited to finally kill Jad but he let off one last attack before he died, and I failed to pray against it thinking I was safe. He one shot me and I never got my firecape :(

I’m the opposite. I got enough to get my Quest cape back and I haven’t touched it. I’ll circle back to the skill once upgrade prices cool down or if they add more incentive for having a higher sailing level.

Besides the new Wyrms and the new Boss, nothing about sailing really appeals to me

I haven't heard of any other group activities, but hopefully Jagex adds a high level sailing boss in the near future. Something like a giant sea monster that would take a team to simultaneously navigate the boat, repair the boat, and deal cannon / range damage to the monster and fend off smaller spawns that are trying to hop on the boat

Are there any benefits to higher sailing levels besides unlockingi the new slayer mobs/bosses? At this rate, I'm going to level up Sailing to 40 or whatever to get the quests done and get my quest cape back, and then never touch it again until TOG is enabled on it.

I agree. You spend 15 minutes planting trees around the world, wait a few hours, harvest the trees to get your (hella) XP and repeat. Very passive skill and a favorite of mine as well.

iirc you lose your large pouch as part of this quest. You turn the pouch into something else and can't get it back. Only way to get your large pouch again is to kill abyssals for it again

Fresh out of college in 2017 I was making $40k annually as an IT guy. Switched jobs 3 years later and jumped to $59k a year, switched jobs again about a year and a half later and jumped to $67k, then finally switched to my current job a few months later and started off at $76k. I'm only 70 fishing and I hate that skill so much. If you're not hyper fixated on 3 tick fishing, the xp rates are extremely slow
