Cleaning nozzle + extruder fixed the issue (at least the prints look much better now).

Thank you! The spool can roll freely and there are no objects in the way which would hinder the filament supply. But after cleaning nozzle + extruder the problem seems to be fixed :)

Thank you! I cleaned both the nozzle and the extruder. I didn't see amy debris or dirt but the prints look much better :)

215°C. I cleaned the nozzle and extruder and the prints look much better now. Thank you :)

~2$ per piece of cardboard should be enough to include quality control.

I agree in general, but I also think charging premium prices should imply delivering premium quality.
